An item was bought from a TJ Maxx store with a Marshall price tag on it. Tried to return it back to TJ Maxx but can't return it with a Marshall price tag. Tried to return it back to a Marshall Home Store. Manager Sarah said can't return it back to a Marshall Home Store even though it is a blanket home item. Manager should override the system and accept the return with a Marshall price tag on it. Customer service from manager Sarah is unacceptable. TJ Maxx and Marshall played a dirty trick of bate and switch price tag is illegal business conduct in US.

If it had a Marshall's tag, it would not have been scanned in the first place.
