Marshalls review: Customer service

I have been wanting to do this for a very long time but didn't want to but after today I knew I needed to because I feel so bad for your Marshalls on Kirkwood Highway in Delaware employees.
I am an avid shopper in all your stores in Delaware. The customer service is great up Concord Pike, Dover is awesome and Home Goods in Dover as well. Nice, knowledgeable staff.
Your Store on Kirkwood highway is probably your best store in Delaware. Always packed! You need to do something about your manager named Annette. Time after time I witness this associate named treat the employees so rude and disrespectfully. I have never seen a manager act verbally rude to so many associates. I witness this whenever she is there. Berating them in front of clients is not only wrong but humiliating. I witnessed a mother-daughter client after witnessing one of her rude sessions, drop her items, and leave the store. Those employees were working so hard today and to have someone like this who doesn't respect them is torture. This is her issue, she has problems. I witness this every time I go and she is working. These poor associates have to sit there and take her abuse. She is a liability to your store.
I am sorry to have to tell you this but this being a popular branch of Marshalls, It surprises me because I know I am not the only one to complain about this mean, bitter woman. I was hoping she would have quit because of the layoff. There she was today, in all her rudeness. She is not a happy person and needs therapy and training.
I want nothing but please help those poor associates who are getting abused by her on a daily basis! Thanks for your time.
