1. Keep sending me the defective items at least twice. I bought a boots on mango outlet for the first time and found out it's defective when I received it and returned it back and bought the same product just thinking that's faster and to avoid long waiting time and in case it's backordered. But when I received the item for the second time, it's still defective!

2. Bad return policy, mango has the worst return policy that i've ever seen.

from their website, only asking you to fill out the return form to clarify the return reason, so I did that for the defective items I received, paid for the shipping cost, which is supposed to be refunded when they received the item. Later on I was told that the shipping costs can be refund only if you communicate with them via email with pictures, even you call them mentioned that's defective items and make it really clear in the return form they required, it doesn't work.

3. Rude and worst customer service ever. the agent keep telling me that's the company's protocol and refuse me to talk to manager/supervise and hang up my phone when I'm not finishing my call.
