My name is Safia Rabia. I would like to complain about the recent and multiple order cancellations I received and keep on receiving. I made the customer service aware about that, but it seems that they haven't taken any actions to resolve the issue - worse they're still ignoring it and replying with the same standard policy verbiage. This has been my worse shopping experience since I started shopping. I had much better experience even with the shops which newly got into the online business.

Please be aware that out of my last orders, none has been fulfilled, which should question you on the company's performance. I believe it's not really fruitful to send a 50 QAR t-shirt through Aramex because the remaining items ordered were out of stock at the time of order preparation, especially when it happens several times.

If there are any issues at the warehouse or with you systems or processes, please look at them and try to find a fix. I'm one of those who might stop buying online, and get back to my routine of buying from the stores in Qatar.

I hope you will take my complaint into consideration.
