I went to Mako Appliance & Mattress 1587 and put $200 down on a washer/dryer set

I went to Mako Appliance & Mattress 1587 and put $200 down on a washer/dryer set. I was planning on paying the rest of the money in a few weeks, but my finances haven't allowed it. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because I can't come up with the rest of the money, but they won't give it back. They said it's their policy, but I didn't even get the product, it was just a down payment.
