Very Disappointing Service Experience at Mahindra Service Centre

Today I gave my car for its first service at the Mahindra service centre. When I handed over the car in the morning, I was told that it would be ready by evening.

I waited the entire day. In the evening, they suddenly informed me that the car could only be delivered tomorrow morning.

This is extremely disappointing and shows poor time management and customer service. If the service was going to take the whole day or until the next morning, they should have informed me clearly in advance instead of making me wait unnecessarily.

Very poor service experience. I expected much better from Mahindra.
