R&M Auto Group I bought a car from R&M Auto Group, Inc

I bought a car from R&M Auto Group, Inc. in February and was told it was a 3-year loan. But now that I want to trade it in, I found out that the loan is actually 43 months long and I owe over $900 more than I thought. When I asked for more information, they only sent me a picture of a page with no name or signature. I'm worried they tricked me into a high-interest loan and won't show me proof.
