Damage to leather seats during service appointment
I brought my 2017 Lincoln Continental in for a warranty repair to my passenger door on 6.29.23 to Kirk Ford located in Vicksburg
, MS.
When I got home I looked on the backseat and there was a hole and black markings on my backseat consistent with the door handle being replaced! The blue plastic was left on the chrome of the door as well!This is ridiculous!

I got a car from Kirk Brothers Ford and also got extended warranty and gap insurance
I got a car from Kirk Brothers Ford and also got extended warranty and gap insurance. But later I refinanced it with my bank and got a gap policy from them. Me and my husband have been asking for a refund from Kirk for the gap policy we bought from them in October. We have been calling them for months but still haven't received any refund.
