National Geographic advertises access to all previous magazines, but the quality is so low that the pages cannot be read. So this is false advertising. I used to read old articles, so is this Disney's fault? Did they reduce file size and end legibility? Even magnification cannot help. I paid for a subscription to the magazine in Brazil and never received it. I accessed all contact channels without success - total disregard and disrespect. Complaint sites in Brazil are full of unanswered occurrences - they are those companies that don't do what they write.

I published two books with McFarland out of Jefferson, North Carolina and they stopped printing my books some years ago and I never received my full royalties. They have been very nasty responding to my correspondence and complaints. I am advising people not to do business with them or believe their outrageous claims that they have been so fair in business.
