St. Paul Pioneer Press review: Delivery

Every week I have to call about my delivery problem or no paper at all. I am told that a paper would be delivered - but nothing comes. But, due to "the great service" my rates would be going up. What a joke!

I am disabled. I use a stair climber, an elevator, a walker and a wheelchair. I have asked many times for the delivery of my paper to be placed on my front porch. On Thursdays I have to go on a newspaper hunt. Why is it so hard to get this done?

I called management and spoke to a female about this issue. She told me it was "only a request". Must I now demand this?
