I prepaid for a publishing contract ($2, 398.00) to Dog Ear Publishing LLC in 2016. I attempted to upload my completed manuscript in March 2021 and found Dog Ear Publishing has disappeared.
I published a print-on-demand and ebook with Dog Ear Publishing in 2013. This month, I see Amazon no longer shows these paper & electronic books (Tattoo — Journeys on My Mind by Tina Marie L. Lamb) for sale.
The Sales Manager Megan Weddle has not returned my voicemail. Other Dog Ear Publishing phone numbers, and email addresses and the website, including the link to my author account (with my documentation) are no longer in service. My email inquiries have been returned as Delivery Failures. The named agency rep Miles Nelson said he had a complaint against the owners too. Ray Robinson ("the owner") did not respond to my letter, but signed for it (at his home address (13739 Magic Stallion Drive, Carmel, IN 46032-9024) I have enclosed the best documentation I could find.
Dog Ear Publishing LLC is an active Indiana Domestic Limited-Liability Company, File #2004061600190, in Indianapolis, listed at 4010 86th Street, Suite H, but the most recent address I find is 4011 Vincennes Road in Indianapolis IN 46268.
