The Primetime Readers Service representative somehow convinced me to sign up for their service. She said, "you can cancel at any time". I decided to cancel my subscription service. The website states the following: Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of the time they are placed. We will not cancel any order after it has been sent to a publisher.
The representative said, I can cancel at any time. I was lied to. There is no customer service number on my monthly bill, only a number to make a payment and it's automated so I can't speak to an actual human being. The only option for contact is an email address from the website. I'm not sure what my next action should be.
I do not want these magazines anymore n want to cancel them but don't know how to it is a waist of MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DON'T READ!
