Milwaukee Journal Sentinel review: $164 refunded to my credit card account

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel charged me for three(3) months of subscriptions I did not want. I have called them each month and told them to stop charging me and refund my money, yet they fail to stop these charges. Here is the e-mail I just sent to them:

"Milwaukee Journal Sentinel,

You have taken the liberty of charging my credit card for renewing a subscription for the past four(4) months, despite me calling you to correct this greedy error of yours. I did order a one(1) month subscription for my mother, Barbara Doll, for Mother’s Day of 2022 for the month of May, 2022. Each month since then, you have continued to charge my account, despite me calling you and telling you to end this each time you wrongly charge my credit card. As a result, I am telling you to refund all four(3) months worth of the charges you made to my credit card at Summit Credit Union. These charges are as follows:

9/1/2022 9/2/2022 JOURNAL SENTINEL [protected] WI $44.00

8/1/2022 8/2/2022 JOURNAL SENTINEL [protected] WI $44.00

7/1/2022 7/3/2022 JOURNAL SENTINEL [protected] WI $44.00

6/1/2022 6/2/2022 JOURNAL SENTINEL [protected] WI $32.00

To be specific, these charges total: $44.00(3) + $32(1) = $164

I expect this amount of money to be refunded to my credit card by tomorrow, Monday, September 5, 2022.

I just filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this fraud. I have also instructed Summit Credit Union to refuse to pay any further charges to my credit card by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
