On May 19 I scheduled a Lyft ride for the following morning at 11am. The driver never came, then cancelled the ride and Lyft charged me $10. I was going to the Tucson airport and nearly missed my flight as a result. Lyft promises they will reimburse you if they are late or don't show up, but instead they charge you when they don't come. Lyft has turned off their website, has no usable phone support, and insists you use their phone app, which doesn't allow you to explain what happened. and get the compensation they promise. Their sevice is unreliable and there is essentially no customer support.
Claimed loss: $110
Desired outcome: Refund the $10 I was charged, along with $100 guaranteed if the drver doesn't show up.
