I received a phone call to confirm my trip, 15 minutes before pick-up. My taxi arrived promptly. The driver was courteous and capable. He drove safely and followed the shortest and quickest route.

Very prompt, kind driver, clean, safe, timely, comfortable. Thank you blue and white one of the only companies still giving rides. I couldn't have done it without you. Looking forward to many more.

My driver showed up 25 minutes late. I understand that things happen, but my medical appointment wasn't going to shove other appointments aside just for me. I wouldn't willingly choose this service again.

My driver today was great. I'm an ER nurse and work 12 hour night shifts. Driver was on time and got me home promptly (my battery died last night). I would use again (but hopefully won't be having car troubles anytime soon).

Dalila was prompt, courteous and competent. In addition to getting me to my destination in a timely manner Dalila was very interesting to talk to. She was kind and asked me about the route I preferred to take. I would ride with Dalila again, any time.

Blue & White is a great transportation service. The customer service is polite, attentive, and available at all times. Drivers are courteous and always get you on time to where you need to be. I would recommend this service to everyone: it's quick and reliable.

Ordered the night before for travel. Driver wasn't even dispatched after I called to check on the ride due to it being late. Driver was not friendly. I could not talk to a manager. I'll never use this company again. I talked my husband into this company over Lyft or Uber. Never again

Today I lost my medical appointment schedualed one month ago. Taxi was not arrived on time, and I couldn't call to customer service. Nobody was answered. They called me when clinic canceled my appointment. You are not responsible company. Hope I have never been your customer on future.

The cab driver (Rainbow cab #397 (his name is Paul)) that picked me up today, and has a few times before, was so great! I couldn't have asked for a safer, more friendly, open, or relatable guy to be in the vehicle with. I do a have a decent trip, about 25 minutes one way. So a conversation is nice. He is my favorite cab driver thus far :)

My driver was on time, pleasant & courteous. He wore his mask throughout the entire time I was inside the car and it was placed correctly snug on his face, covering his nose & mouth. He was polite about my request to have a window slightly open for providing proper ventilation. I was very grateful. He was a good driver and we arrived at my appointment on time. Thank you.

Once again Blue and White Taxi came to my rescue by immediately addressing a mix up by my medical taxi ride provider today 12/22 with information to me what I needed to do to correct the problem. There customer service representative are just great I will always use there service and spread the word to my family and friends to use Blue&White Taxi service ?! S. Davis

I had arrived in saint paul minnesota last night to get my car that was stolen in Superior wisconsin and it was 9pm and I had til 10pm to get the car and not one person would help me in any way til a homeless woman gave me blue and whites number and it was 9:40 so I figured I was on a bench til morning then the coolest can driver I have ever met not only got me there I couldn't find an open gas station and out of nowhere the driver had me follow him to an open gas station and he made sure he got me to 35e and a straight shot home . The coolest dude I have ever met

They were 3 hours late to pick my 17 year old daughter up! She was 3 hours late to her appointment for a serious medical condition. When trying to contact them to get picked up from her appointment she was give the drivers cell phone number and when she called the number a child answered and said the driver was at the dentist So I called the company and they told me that he wasn't even transporting her! The hole thing was very scary for my daughter. The ride was set up through our insurance company and I also called them and complained. We will never go through this company again! Very unprofessional and unreliable!

Blue and White has some very polite and courteous drivers and dispatchers, then there are some who are very rude and unprofessional! During my ride from the dialysis clinic, I got a driver that I have had before, whom I have asked months ago that he never picks me up again, because of his rudeness! Today was no different than before! He did the same thing he did before, he went nearly ten blocks out of the way! He went down University! I live the opposite way! I tried to tell him this and he told me to be quiet he knows what he is doing! I told him "I know where I live and you are going the wrong way! He got mad threaten to put me out of the cab, I told him I was not going anywhere and he will take me home! Got to my destination, he tried to let me off at another address and across on the opposite side of the street! I asked him to turn around! He did, and tried to let me off at another house! I am done! Cab number 123 ABC DEF! He tried to call on his phone while I was talking to dispatch to complain about him, but I am praying that you all see this game! Not only that while picking me up, I call dispatch about 10:10am, they said he was already here! I called back because he was not there, and he wasn't, they put me in contact with him and he told me rudely "just come outside" This guy is the most disrespectful and rude cab driver I have encountered except for one other which I have asked that he never pick me up either! They are all Somali, who do not respect women and it is a shame! Some of them are so polite and kind then the few which I cannot tolerate, should be given training! You see I am an Ambassador of Metro Transient on what customer service is! This is not it! Fix this problem! Thank You

I reserved a taxi ride to the airport for 4:15 am on Monday, 8/9 the night before. I spoke to an agent and received a text confirmation at around 8:00 pm the night before. At 4:00 am just prior to when I was expecting a ride, I received a phone call asking me to confirm I needed the ride which I did. No driver appeared at 4:15 and after several calls, was told they'd "look for a driver". It was nearly the middle of the night and I needed to catch a plane! The driver arrived over 30 min late (the drive time was [insert drive time] min). I barely made my flight. I emailed this company and called. Spoke briefly to one person and said if they couldn't guarantee a ride then, they shouldn't have booked it--a competitor did not. I asked to have a supervisor respond to my emailed complaint. They haven't since 8/09.
