I purchased a bag from Lulu skybag section and the quality of product was not good. It threads started coming out and stitches were removed. I went yesterday 25-01-2020 and complained and asked for the resolution. He told me there is no staff attend me on that time and asked me to wait for 5 Hours. Again today 26-01-2020 I went there for my problem. There the staff was telling unnecessary explanation like it can happen to one bag in thousand. They are selling thousand s of bag in that one can be damaged. That damage is purely not my mistake it's a quality problem of the product. They behave rudely to me and said they can't replace. They are behaved very badly to customer and asked me to through the bag in dust bin. I kept the damaged bag there and came back. The staff there doesn't no to handle the client. They made me visit the shop without any use two times. If they can't replace they can inform that in the first day itself. That to very bad behaviour I experienced from them. They are not supposed the customer to dumb the product in dust bin.
