[Resolved] Lulu Hypermarket / LuLu Group International — sony home theatre - sound issues
I bought a sony home theatre DAVDZ350K on 08/02/2019. From this month i am getting blurred sound after playing it for 30 minutes. I took this device from Lulu Murabba, riyadh. Please advice how can i get it repaired as it is having 24 months warranty.
The device was ok in its initial months but failed to work from last month. The sound appears to be normal for about half an hour then it becomes blurred. when the surround mode is changed to multi or 2 channel or any other, again the sound becomes ok and after 10 minutes again becomes blurred. Ultimately after 1 hour all the sound becomes unaudible and bass shots up.
please resolve the issue.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
