Lulu Hypermarket / LuLu Group International — products not returned after 3 weeks given for service
I have purchased a Ikon product from Luluhypermarket Arabian centre. This is the first Ikon product which bought. The trouble started from the very first week. The product stop working and rerun the product to claim the warrenty. After loong waiting I got the product back. Then immediately again product stop working and returned the product. Merchindiser said maximum it would take 2 week to return the product but now 3 week but no notification form the store yet.
I can not wait furthur, kindly tell me status or request you to return my money and take your understand product.
