Today i bought a new phone and after 20 mint i am going to lulu again for refund my phone but he is not accepted i dont know why...?
your sales associate said that may be you broke the phone i think Lulu hired a unqualified sales associate..

i need to Refund my Phone an how otherwise i broke the phone in front of your Satff...

very Bad experience with Lulu 1st time
