I have given all the correct information to luckyland slots for my redemption of 300.00 dollars they keep telling me all my information is invalid I have been waiting almost 20 days for my redemption I have had nothing but a big run around I want my redemption and I don't think I should have to wait another 20 days if I don't get my redemption in my account in a week I will be turning them in to everyone I can think of this is crap

At 7 :48 I won 100 and one of the times I had git a gift card a Bitcoin gift card witch was pending approval and then deleted I just want my money I won I got a email back stating that myoney was appoved on y'all's end at 5:48 pm and that it's waiting on my back but any other time I can see a pending approval but I don't see that it say no pending approval

I was just wondering why I get $40 for being with you guys for a year and my friend for 3 months it gets $200 that's kind of messed up I'm wondering what is up with that? Initial redemption on 7-31-22, request for all documents initially given in order to sign up to lucky land to redeem winnings. Multiply request for additional documents, which were supplied. Help site extremely difficult to maneuver through, repeatedly told amount entered was incorrect, unless there is another way to enter numbers I am unaware of. on July 25 I got charged 1 dollar for I don't know what reason and because I didn't have it in my account, I got charged 29 dollars for having insuffient funds available. However, your charging me unexpectedly caused me to have to pay the overdraft fee which was given to me, are you going to reimburse me for the fee which you caused?

I was hit with the ERROR CODE TMX-415 when trying to purchase Coins on Wednesday and was denied the purchase. It's now Friday, i still am getting denied purchases, and have sent multiple emails to try and fix this issue or get an update and haven't gotten any responses. I have noticed that the machine will never allow you to get enough money to cash out. They will allow you to hit a few cents here and there but they will never allow you to hit enough to cash out. 6/26/2022 Luckyland Slots withdrew $89.86 and $1.95 out of my Covantage Credit Union bank account. Last night, 6/25/22 I was informed that I had won a certain amount and LuckyLand Slots needed to verify my Government ID and Bank Statement. The withdrew the amounts listed above and told me that they had "mistakenly lost my earnings but my acct was safe." I never authorized money being taken out of my account. I should have realized that this would happen. I will be going to my bank to dispute the charges. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
