On Wednesday, December 21st, I won the minor on the Ole game. I provided sufficient evidence of my banking institution and residency. I was asked to resubmit documents numerous times and finally on Thursday after back and replying and submitting documents one 15 times, my info was accepted and approved then forwarded for processing. Contacted Customerf Service through Chat to aske a question about my last transaction to see if it was before 9 o'clock so I would get the 50% off, since I had signed onto website with promo from my email. The assistant the asked I'd there was anything else that the Expert should know. I said, No... she the typed that there would be a $1charge (fully refundable). So I gave them my credit card #. Then I had an alert on my phone that not only was there the $1 charge, but a $28.00 charge as well. I didn't even talk to the Expert. I then locked my card and then she tried to bill me a second time for the same $28.00. Lucky I had locked down my card... can I please be refunded the $28.00?

I've been playing at luckyland for a while now I've redeemed winning I've spent more money than I care to elaborate on in this complaint I got frustrated one day and I asked lucky land I told lucky land customer service that I needed a break and I asked to have my account deactivated for 30 days 2 weeks into the 30 days I go back to customer service and I asked him to reactivate my account and they said that was fine but they had to do a cooling down amount of time before they can open my account they said that I could reopen my account that I could log in on the 12th of September at 2:11 a.m. and yes I was frustrated and I did I was a little rude nonetheless I emailed them back at 2:11 on the 12th just like I was instructed to and instead of unlocking my account they sent my account up to be reviewed by some Department review for what reasons I do not know ever since they sent my account up to be reviewed I have utterly been ignored by Lucky customer service I've got no reply from anyone with any information regarding my account and when I will be able to login it's been over 5 days and I've sent well over 30 emails and no one will talk to me and it's beyond frustrating because I do not deserve this there's nothing wrong with my account there is absolutely no reason that my account needed to be reviewed by any Department with lucky land the only reason that it was sent up to be reviewed is because the woman that was in charge of unlocking my account at the time I guess was having a bad night and when it was 211 where I live and I asked for her to unlock my account it was 111 wherever she is so she thought I was emailing it at 111 and she said that because of that she was sending it up to be reviewed makes absolutely no sense. That's been happening to me. During the bonus rounds the game disconnects. Playing Crown of Fire, I had 3 full rows of wild dragons the other day during the free games feature, after the first hit, it magically disconnected, then when i reconnected I only had one dragon head on one reel, lost 2 spins as well.
