I am writing with regards to £470 being taken out of my bank account this morning without my authorisation, and my bank/card details being stored illegally without my consent. I would like a refund of this money before further action is pursued. This us illegal to store someone's bank details and take money out of their bank account without auth.
There is no legitimate email address to file this complaint on their website only FAQ's. I have reported this unauthorised transaction as fraudulent to my bank, and this is now under investigation.
I would like Love Holidays to email or call me regarding this urgently.
