Booking ref. LOV15150707V. We have just returned from a family holiday from this hotel which clearly states 5 star. However, with conflicting evidence of this and the condition of service, I need Loveholidays to provide me in writing.
1. confirmation of the hotel's official classification certified by which authorities and a copy of the certification
2. Evidence that the hotel was legitimately classed as a 5-star at the time I made my booking.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide your response urgently. In the meantime I reserve my rights under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 including Section 75
