Loveholidays review: Refund not issued

I had flights cancelled for a holiday. Easyjet were happy to refund the cost of the flights. They refunded the money to a card used by Loveholidays. This money was then never refunded back to my card. They have kept this money and after repeated phone calls i have been unable to contact them. There helpline is useless and getting past their automated bot at the start of a phone call is impossible. easyjet refunded the money to their mastercard on the 03/08/2025 for an amount of £203.96. I have emailed easyjet and they have sent me a reply proving that the money was refunded to a card different than my own.
