Loveholidays review: Holiday to Zante
We booked at Plessos Palace 19th-26th September 2025. The accommodation we were given was absolutely disgusting. It was a complete dump. I paid £1440 for this holiday as a birthday present for my partner & I would not house a dog in it. I would like compensation in the form of some refund. If I do not hear back I will take it further. We had to put up with black mould, loose sink in bathroom, unusable shower, balcony beneath ground, stained mattress, holes in walls & numerous other faults. I have supplied pictures.
