Transaction date 7/3. Order number not provided. We spend total $5,189.50, with $5000 in cash and $189.50 on debit card. We get our sectional sofa right away. But for dining room table, chairs, and server, we must go to J-Town for pick up because of mistake by employee in our delivery details. We still wait for Harpan XL TV stand W797-68 priced $548 and dining room bench priced $108. They tell us bench and TV stand maybe come in by August but no guarantee. We okay with this.

Then in August, after we pick up other furniture, they say eta for remaining items is December. We again okay because they say it will be before Christmas. But yesterday, I get text saying eta is moved again, and now no eta at all. I know there are shipping delays all over world, but we wait almost five months for bench and TV stand. I cannot finish my living room without TV stand.

If employees not sure about delivery times, better they say nothing. We pay full for these items and for delivery. We even pay extra for delivery service. I have understanding for delays, and I know it not all Louisville Overstock's fault because they not control shipping, but getting many wrong timelines is very frustrating. It make me think twice about shopping here again.

Honestly, I would prefer to pay more somewhere else if it means getting true information about delivery times. I feel like I been told stories just to take my money. I still want the furniture. Waiting two or three months is okay, but five months, six months, or more is too much after spending over $5100. I have also shared my experience on ComplaintsBoard.com.
