I ordered a planter box on April 9 2025. So far I have no received it and it has been 4 full weeks. I used the contact page to ask about the status, to which I received a regurgitation of the shipping policy. I reached out again via email and got no response at all. I used the contact page again saying that I needed an answer or i wanted to cancel my order...
