Umi Tea Sets

I ordered my first tea set from Umi and was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention placed on the shipment. My tea set arrived quicker than expected given that it was coming internationally. I have been enjoying my tea set every day since it arrived. It’s beautiful quality and just as pictured on the website. The selection of tea sets at reasonable prices was also amazing!

Purchased a Gong fu tea tray, tea utensils and tea knife from Umi Tea Sets.
The utensils and tea knife were ok, but I felt that I could've purchased them elsewhere and received a better price. the tea Tray was good though. I specifically didn't want a cheap bamboo tea tray and know that there are a lot of counterfeits out there. The one I purchased from Umi was a Paka Paka wood tray, and I was able to verify it's authenticity. (i drilled a small hole in the bottom of the tray to verify that it was solid wood and not laminate or bamboo) 4/5 stars. I'd buy from them again.

Everything I've ordered from umi tea sets has been high quality. I got a tea tray which I use every day and I even decided to get a tea table which I also use every day as well. I've really elevated my gongfu tea experience by having a proper tea table and tray, it makes it feel like I have a small Chinese tea shop in my room. The cups and tea pets I've ordered have also been wonderful.

I took a chance to purchase my wedding ceremony tea set from Umi Tea and I'm so happy that I did! The set was just as beautiful in person as it was online. The sets are very delicate, so please keep that in mind. My tray came broken, I'm assuming from the shipping, and they quickly rectified the issue.

The cups are very tiny, perfect for one cup of tea. While I'm happy with the product I was even happier with the customer service. Just be mindful that you should order with a lot of time, shipping is a little slow. Understandably.
