We got ourselves a wicker coffin for our cat from The Coffin Company, ya know? They were real nice and helpful when we called 'em up to place our order. Last week, I bought a coffin from The Coffin Company for my grandad, Bryan, who sadly passed away. I needed a fairly large one to accommodate his unique needs. I must say, it has been absolutely fantastic so far, and my grandad hasn't had any complaints whatsoever. It's been a real treat, I tell you!

In fact, I'm so impressed that I'm planning to purchase another coffin in the near future. You see, my grandmar, Barbra, is not doing too well, and I have a feeling she'll be joining my grandad soon. I had a chat with this guy named Mark from The Coffin Company.

So, when I called them up to find out when they could deliver a casket to Manchester, I was a bit rude with Mark 'cause I couldn't figure out the time frames, you know?

But hey, turns out it was just a big ol' misunderstanding. I didn't realize Mark was being all vague 'cause he couldn't give me a time frame without an order. My bad!

Anyway, once I placed my order, they did all the necessary checks and guess what? The casket showed up the very next day!

I gotta say, I'm super grateful for the beautiful quality casket they sent me and how fast they got it to me. Thanks a bunch, guys!

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from The Coffin Company. We recently experienced a heartbreaking loss as our Son passed away a few weeks ago. He was a huge Liverpool FC supporter, so we wanted to honor his memory by purchasing an Urn with their Logo. Everything seemed fine until we discovered that they don't offer international shipping. Determined to make it work, we arranged for a friend's Mother in the UK to receive the Urn on our behalf.

However, we encountered another obstacle when we found out that she doesn't have an email or a printer to handle the necessary labels and Customs form. Frustrated, I decided to call The Coffin Company and explain the situation. To my surprise, I learned that they manufacture their products off-site. I asked if they could provide me with their phone number in case we needed to change the delivery address. Unfortunately, they refused to share this information with me.

Feeling disheartened and let down by their lack of empathy, I decided to cancel my order altogether. The individuals running this business have shown nothing but insensitivity and disregard for their customers. It's truly disappointing. I had no choice but to give them a 1-star rating in this review.

This company, The Coffin Company, is making claims that make people doubt the trustworthiness of funeral directors. They assert that their products are cheaper than those offered by funeral directors, and that they can reduce funeral costs by up to ?1000. As someone who is also in the same business, I can confidently say that these claims are completely false. If you take the time to compare their prices with those of other family-run funeral directors, you will discover the truth for yourselves. Don't forget to inquire about their coffin prices, as you will find that family-run funeral directors sell them at similar prices, give or take a few pennies.

The owner of The Coffin Company purchases his coffins from the same supplier as most other funeral directors. The only difference is that he sometimes imports coffins from other countries, which can be obtained for as little as ?20. It's quite ironic that he criticizes and speaks ill of others when he himself is not doing anything extraordinary. It's truly laughable.

If you ask other funeral directors about this company and its sister company, 'Go As You Please,' you will discover that he has no respect within the industry due to the disrespectful way he talks about them. As someone who runs a coffin company, I feel compelled to defend other funeral directors like myself because what he is saying is a disgrace. I can confidently make this statement because I regularly interact with family-run companies in the industry.

I think it's important to acknowledge and appreciate when someone goes out of their way to be helpful, compassionate, caring, and professional, especially during such a sad and devastating time when we lose someone we love so much.

I want to share my experience with others who may be facing high costs for a coffin during a time of great distress and sadness. Some service providers take advantage of people in these difficult situations. However, I learned that funeral directors cannot prevent you from buying your own coffin if you find better prices elsewhere. You just need to let them know and arrange for the coffin to be delivered to them.

No one convinced me to use the Coffin Company services. I decided to do so after discovering the high costs of coffins from different funeral service providers. I compared prices for similar quality and design products and checked out Coffincompany.co.uk. I spoke to Mark, who explained the different options and suggested looking at the clearance section. We found a beautiful coffin at a fair and affordable price, which allowed us to give our loved one the respect and dignity they deserved without going into debt.

I do acknowledge that some small family businesses can offer coffins at similar prices to the Coffin Company, and that's great! I prefer to support family businesses, especially if they provide the same level of service. It's a win-win situation for bereaved families and the business itself. However, for those facing astronomical charges, there is hope and relief.

Our family was relieved when we discovered Coffincompany.co.uk. We were able to find a quality coffin at a fair and affordable price. What stood out even more was the way we were treated as unique individuals with compassion, courtesy, and respect, all while maintaining a professional approach. Mark, the person I spoke to, was incredibly kind and helpful. He didn't pressure us into anything, just offered his assistance. I want others to know that it is possible to give your loved one the best within your budget, so that both you and your loved ones can rest in peace.

The Coffin Company (coffincompany.co.uk) ain't no good, I tell ya. They said they'd deliver the coffin on time, but it didn't show up when they said it would. And let me tell ya, the quality of that coffin was downright awful. I tried to get in touch with someone to fix the problem, but it was like talkin' to a brick wall. Their customer service is non existent, I swear.

I wouldn't recommend using them again, that's for sure.

So, I recently bought an urn from The Coffin Company and let me tell you, it was a real disappointment. The quality was just plain awful, nothing like what they described on their website.
