Zara Home No refund for 2 months after return

I have now lodged my complaint on Facebook, Twitter, by calling Customer service, email and now Instagram.

I purchased a rug at Zara home SA in September. I returned this rug using online instructions on 2 October. Zara home took 1 month to trace this product receipt and issued a refund on 30 October - already 1 month later! I followed up on my refund and they claimed that it was rejected and it’s a technical error. To this date, Zara home claims that it is on high priority, but I receive no progress updates on the case and nothing has been done since! It’s now 1 month since the failed refund and 2 months since I returned the product! This is completely against Zara home policy on returns as I have followed the process in full. Please can I get my money back urgently before I take further steps to share my experience. I am totally disappointed with the level of service in resolving a customer related matter.

On October 5, I send an order to Zara Home

5 October Zara Home confirms order no. [protected] and announces that there will be 2 partial deliveries.

Paid we Debit Card € 492.92

Address: Louise Been Svanberg

Urb. Delta 7A

18690 Almunecar

October 6 Mail from Zara. Order has been processed and partial delivery 1 has been sent.

October 6 I receive part delivery 1

October 6 Zara Home indicates that part delivery 2 is prepared.

October 7 Zara Home informs that partial delivery 2 has been sent

October 10 SEUR informs that delivery, ID [protected], is on its way

October 10 SEUR later informs that the delivery address is incorrect and therefore cannot deliver.

October 12 I see that SEUR has misunderstood the address from Zara Home.

Notifies Zara Home of the inaccuracy in the address that SEUR has.

October 12 Zara Home informs that they have informed the relevant department about the error in the address at SEUR.

October 13 SEUR informs that delivery will take place in the afternoon at 18.15-19.15 Not coming! They still give the wrong address.

October 13 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me

was at home waiting for the delivery.

October 14 I complained to Zara Home Case ID [protected] about the incident.

October 15 I informed Zara Home by sending screenshots from SUER's messages.

October 16 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. They still give the wrong address.

October 17 I call SEUR customer support and point out the error in their address. Customer support promised to fix address directly and make sure we get the delivery.

October 17 Zara Home wants details of the case. Which I email directly to Zara Home.

October 18 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.

October 19 Zara Home informs that delivery will take place today.

October 19 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.

October 23 Zara Home informs that delivery this day

October 23 SEUR announces delivery on the same day at 17.30-18.30 Not coming!

October 24 I cancel the order via email to Zara Home and demand credit, as delivery does not take place despite all the work I put into this simple order. Asking for confirmation.

October 24 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.

October 25 SEUR informs that the delivery has been delayed. Still wrong address.

October 26 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.45-19.45 Not coming!

October 26 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me

was at home waiting for the delivery.

October 27 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.00-19.00 Not coming!

October 27 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me

was at home waiting for the delivery!

October 27 I inform Zara Home if SEUR is lying all the time and that Zara Home should credit the order immediately.

October 30 SEUR informs that delivery takes place in the afternoon at 18.15-19.15 Not coming!

October 30 SEUR informs that they could not deliver as no one was at home. Lie of SEUR then me

was at home waiting for the delivery.

November Zara Home has not confirmed the cancellation of the order or credited the amount!

I experience this handling as extremely nonchalant and unprofessional of me as a loyal customer of Zara Home, it borders on harassment. I shop a lot on the internet and never have problems with deliveries from other shipping companies except SEUR.

Zara Home Evri

I am awaiting my order which was expected to arrive last Friday but i have been constantly told via message by Evri that my order is delayed therefore they have changed the time and date of delivery repeatedly. I am exhausted in contacting either Zara or Evri themselves by trying to indicate to them that i need my order as soon as possible but the lame excuse they are giving me is that they have a problem with my address. Which delivery service can have an issue with an address in this day and age? An excuse which led them to lie and say i wasn't home before changing the excuse to addess issues. It all sounds deliberate and i need this order for a present to someone but Evri think this is all amusing and that they can keep making things up which simply cannot be true. I am also fed up of communicating to robots as my issue is still unresolved and my complaint is constantly cut off and i am left infuriated again.

Desired outcome: I would like my order delivered immediately to my home address.

Zara Home Disappointing Experience with Zara Home: Stained Rug and Difficult Return Process

So, I gotta say, my experience with Zara Home was pretty bad. I ordered a rug from them and when it arrived, it was all stained up. Like, what the heck, right? So I tried to return it, but they're being super difficult about it. Apparently, they can only pick it up between 12 and 5 on weekdays, which is when most people are at work. Like, come on, Zara Home, not everyone has the luxury of being able to take a day off work just to deal with your mistakes. It's really frustrating and honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping with them. Buyer beware, for real.

Zara Home Zara Home Review: Gorgeous Decor, but Watch Out for Quality Issues

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with Zara Home. I recently picked up a few items from their website and let me tell you, they are absolutely gorgeous. Like, seriously, I can't stop staring at them. The vases and decor pieces are especially on point - they really know how to keep up with the latest trends.

That being said, I did have a bit of an issue with one of the items I purchased. I splurged on a fancy rug, but within just a few days it started to fray. Not cool, man. Especially considering how much I paid for it. I had to return it, which was a bit of a hassle, but at least the process was pretty straightforward.

Overall, I'd say that Zara Home is definitely worth checking out. They've got some seriously beautiful stuff, and it's super easy to buy online or in-store. Just be careful with the quality - sometimes it doesn't quite match up with the price tag.

hands down the worst online retailer in Canada. Zara Home make returns impossible and are shady about it. Will never buy with them again. Avoid.
