I made a reservation for a meal on board the Rhapsody of the Seas and when I contacted Royal Caribbean they had NO knowledge of my reservation. When I complained and I sent the email to them they explained that lookbyfare was NOT them and whatever I paid was not for the meal I wanted. I made this reservation on Sunday Sep 29, 2024 at 8:08 p.m. The email I got was from LBF ([protected]@lookbyfare.com). Email was sent by Ben Davis.

LookByFare charges on my card

LOOK BY FARE 6/5/21 - 6/7/21 - 6/9/21 I was charged many times for a flight I never took DURING COVID and paid for insurance. 5 times of 269.20 for the flight - 2 times of 112.00 for a change I made - 3 times of 21.54 for insurance ALL FOR ONE FLIGHT I NEVER TOOK, I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 years and am fed up they owe me $1626.62 and I want it.

Claimed loss: 1626.62

Desired outcome: I want my money back and interest for the time that money could have been gaining interest

LookByFare Refund about airline tickets ordered thru them

Psept 15 2023 ordered tickets from porter airlines or so I thought for return flight from billy bishop airport toronto to halifax. Instead my order went thru lookbyfare; price was $303.61 which included a refundable booking charge of $34.98. Next day I checked my visa card and charge was now $424.50. So I contacted lookbyfare for a refund because of increased price and they had me leaving from pearson airport instead of billy bishop;I was told no; no refund, and they could not make changes to my flight plans. So I left negative comments on the customer satisfaction survey. Within 30 minutes a site by name of sitejabber called me asking what they could do to help. I explained everything; when I asked them to make just flight time changes they said yes but first I had to delete my comments on the survey site, they changed by flight times but charged me another $201.96. I am really upset with all this; can you help me lease?

Desired outcome: A full refund and apology; and a response.

LookByFare "Hidden fees ruined my experience with LookByFare"

When I first came across LookByFare, I was really impressed by their website's layout and user-friendly interface. The process of booking my ticket was easy enough and I was informed that my total charge would be $308. However, when I received the confirmation for my booking, I was shocked to see that there had been an additional charge of $150, which had been added on top of my initial quote. As a customer, I don't appreciate being surprised by hidden fees, and if I had known that my final price would be $458, I would have certainly looked elsewhere for a better deal.

This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not planning on using LookByFare for my bookings in the future. It's important for travel booking platforms to be transparent about their pricing and any additional charges, as it allows customers to make informed decisions about their bookings. I hope that LookByFare will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving their services to ensure a better experience for their customers.

LookByFare "Bait-and-Switch Tactic and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with LookByFare"

My recent experience with LookByFare was less than stellar. I booked a flight, only to find out that the price wasn't what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with two different representatives who appeared to be in a rush and didn't seem particularly friendly. Frankly, it left me feeling uncertain about whether this booking agency was genuine or a scam.

Not only was I disappointed with the customer service, but I also felt frustrated that the advertised price wasn't what I ended up paying. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is not acceptable and makes it hard to trust the company's intentions.

Overall, I wish I could say that my experience with LookByFare was a positive one, but unfortunately, I cannot. LookByFare Beware Hidden Charges: My Experience Booking with LookByFare

Recently, I made a booking through LookByFare for a flight and was surprised to find out later that there was an additional charge of $175. This additional charge was significant for me as it caused our total cost to skyrocket from $572 to over $821, including the $74 we spent on checked baggage. This experience left me quite frustrated, and in hindsight, I would have preferred to book directly through the airline.

Unfortunately, the experience with LookByFare was not as expected. While I appreciate the ease with which I was able to find the flight and make the booking, the hidden cost was a major disappointment. LookByFare Disappointing Experience with LookByFare Flight Booking Website: Overcharged $40 & Poor Customer Service

LookByFare, a website for booking flights, recently left a sour taste in my mouth after I was overcharged for a flight by $40. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this service at all. Upon reaching out to their customer service department to inquire about the discrepancy in my billing, the representative told me that the change in price was due to the timing of seat and price availability updates on their website. However, I could hardly believe this explanation because when I went directly to Delta's website, the seat availability for the same pricing remained open. This put a deep dent in my travel budget and made me extremely disappointed with the overall experience using LookByFare.

Booking flights can be a stressful experience, so I was hoping to find a website that would make the process more comfortable and straightforward. Unfortunately, LookByFare did not provide that for me. After making a booking and receiving confirmation, I was shocked to realize I had been charged more than my original booking. This was a major inconvenience and added an unexpected expense to my travel bill.

To make things worse, the customer service representative's explanation left much to be desired. It felt like they weren't taking responsibility for their mistake and trying to brush it off by making false claims about seat availability updates. Fortunately, I was able to find better prices on other flight booking sites and ultimately did not have to go through with my LookByFare booking.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend LookByFare as a reliable flight booking website. The customer service was lacking in helpfulness and transparency, and their booking practices left me with a sour taste in my mouth. If you are looking for a hassle-free experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.

LookByFare Frustrating Experience with LookByFare Flight Booking: Delayed e-Ticket and Poor Website Functionality

I recently used LookByFare to book my flight and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I decided to pay for an upgrade but was promised that I would receive the e-ticket within two hours of payment. When the ticket didn't arrive, I became worried and contacted customer service. They assured me that it would come within 30 minutes. However, it wasn't until midnight that I finally received my e-ticket confirmation number.

The entire process was frustrating and time-consuming as I had to constantly call to check on the status of my e-ticket. It was disappointing that the promised timeframe was not honored, and I would have appreciated more communication from the company throughout the process.

Moreover, the website itself was not as user-friendly as I would have liked. It was difficult to navigate and find the information that I needed. And some of the functionalities on the site were glitchy or didn't work properly, which also added to the frustration.

While I did eventually receive my e-ticket, the experience was not one that I would want to repeat in the future. I hope that LookByFare can improve their service and website functionality to better serve their customers in the future.

LookByFare LookByFare.com Review: Cancelled Flight and Charged Anyway - Terrible Customer Service

When it comes to booking your flights online, you want to be sure that you're working with a trusted website that has your best interests in mind. Unfortunately, my recent experience with LookByFare.com has left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket.

After booking my ticket from BFF SCOTTSBLUFF NE to LIT in LITTLEROCK AR, I received confirmation of my reservation and eagerly looked forward to my upcoming trip. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received an unexpected notification that my flight had been cancelled.

To make matters worse, despite LookByFare.com cancelling my ticket, they still went ahead and charged me for it, leaving me in a difficult financial situation where I no longer had the funds to purchase another ticket until I was refunded for the cancelled flight.

What frustrates me even more is that I have yet to receive an explanation as to why my flight was cancelled in the first place. Was it due to a scheduling conflict? Or was there an unforeseen incident that required my flight to be cancelled? The lack of communication surrounding this matter only adds to the already stressful situation.

Overall, my experience with LookByFare.com has been anything but pleasant. Not only did they cancel my flight without explanation, but they also went ahead and charged me for it regardless. As a customer who values transparency and excellent customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

LookByFare Mixed Experience with LookByFare: Disappointing Customer Service but User-Friendly Website and Affordable Prices

My recent experience with LookByFare was quite disappointing. To be honest, I felt like I was being taken for a ride - a bait and switch to be precise. I ended up paying an extra $150 because the representative I spoke with lacked knowledge of all the requirements and rules for conducting business. Needless to say, it was quite frustrating to be charged an additional amount that could have easily been avoided if only the representative had all the correct information.

The level of customer service was not up to my standards either. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was promised a call back within the next 30 minutes. However, I had to make a follow-up call after two hours of waiting, and only then was my enquiry attended to. This lack of efficiency and professionalism is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer quality service to its clients.

Despite all these issues, I must say that LookByFare has some good aspects too. Their website is user-friendly, with a lot of information and helpful tips for travellers. Also, their prices are quite competitive, and they offer a wide range of travel options to choose from.

Overall, my experience with LookByFare was mixed. While there were some negative aspects, there were also good points. However, I think they need to do more in terms of customer service to ensure that their clients are satisfied and happy with their services. LookByFare Disappointing Experience with LookByFare: Unexpected Price Increase and Poor Customer Service

I was really excited to try out LookByFare (lookbyfare.com) for booking my travel arrangements, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't quite what I had hoped for. After receiving a confirmation email indicating a total price of $529.40 (including tax and fees), I was surprised to receive a second email shortly afterwards indicating a new total price of $675.40. This unexpected price jump was very confusing and concerning to me, and I immediately reached out to customer service for an explanation.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the customer service representative left a lot to be desired. Not only did they seem quite rude and dismissive of my concerns, but they simply told me "it's taxes and fees, ma'am" without really explaining what had happened to cause such a drastic price difference. As a customer, I felt frustrated and unheard in this exchange, and it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with LookByFare was not a positive one, and I won't be using this company again in the future. As a consumer, I believe that transparency and customer service are key components of a successful travel booking experience, and unfortunately, LookByFare fell short of my expectations in both of these areas. LookByFare Excellent Customer Service from LookByFare Representative!

I recently came across LookByFare (lookbyfare.com) when searching for a good deal on flights for my family. Initially, I was given a number to call, but I have to admit that I was a little taken aback by the tone of the person who answered the phone. It felt like he was suspicious of me and I was committing a crime by calling them. However, I persisted as I really needed to find affordable flights for my family.

In the morning, I spoke to a representative whose name unfortunately slipped my mind, but he was amazing! He listened carefully to my requests and tried really hard to find me the best deals for my budget. He even went the extra mile by seeking out additional discounts that I was eligible for. I was really impressed by his dedication to finding me affordable tickets.

The representative also informed me that LookByFare could use more workers like him, and I completely agree! He was professional, courteous, and showed a level of work ethic that I believe is rare in today's world. Moreover, when I was having connectivity issues due to the winter weather where I live close to the beach, he even asked his supervisor to step in and help me find a good deal. I was so grateful for his persistence and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Overall, I am really pleased with my experience with LookByFare. Despite my initial impression, I was very pleased with the service I received. If they continue to hire workers like the representative who assisted me, LookByFare will definitely become the go-to platform for finding affordable flight deals. Kudos to LookByFare for hiring such amazing staff, and thanks to the rep who helped me save money and made the experience as smooth as possible. I will definitely be using LookByFare again in the future!
