I booked a flight on 11/19/25. The e-ticket was not sent by the next day. I decided to cancel after reading reviews and complaints. It was very difficult to cancel the ticket. It is not possible to do so online. I called repeatedly, and was put on hold for very long periods while they were 'checking into it', with no representative coming back on the line. If transferred to a different department, either noone picked up the call, or if so, I'd be placed on hold again. A madding loop. I would read comments posted on the Better Business Bureau's site about this agency before considering booking, and do not do so over the phone as you would then have no paper trail.
