Originally made reservations and paid. After the approval Lookbyfare called and said they could not accommodate our reservations and changed the time to return by 5 hours later. We wanted an earlier flight and thought we had it until THEY cancelled our return flight. When I called to question why they confirmed the original flight and payment and then changed it I was told the were overbooked. I have had a hard time communicating with them and they are VERY untruthful and VERY expensive. Will never deal with them again.
Claimed loss: Doubled charged on my account, did not provide any service. I highly suggest you double/triple your reservation before arriving at the airport.
Desired outcome: waiting for refund for 2 months no credit after numerous calls, have to repeat the situation suggest deal w/l airline directly
