We have a complaint in process at the moment which was opened on 24th February. So, we are now in the 10th month.
It was a leak to a waste pipe that is boxed in. So, it was quite a simple repair.
We are still waiting for the builders to attend and make good the damage.
You can't speak to anybody, unless they call you and this morning our claims handler is currently offline due to personal circumstances, so she cannot pick up our e-mails. She has provided us with a telephone number to call, [protected], but after taking us all around the houses, tells us that the minimum wait time is currently in excess of one hour.
It seems that our only recourse now is litigation, which is the next step.
Recommendation: Don't bother, it will cost you in the long run.
