I was downloading an app for a diabetic sugar reader, I thought it was free and it wasn't called newnfit.com. I never received any info about this charge, only found out when i saw a pending transaction for £49, I called as I thought it was a fraud but was told I paid by my debit card by Apple Pay, I have no interest in anything to do with this company and when I searched Trustpilot there are so many complaints about this happening to others. I was told that I had to wait until it cleared before it could be investigated. I cannot afford to lose this money, please help? My mobile number is [protected]

Desired outcome: Refund of £49 please and company stopped from doing this.
