I am a severely disabled person on benefits. I had a claim review with Universal credit and in that review it was highlighted that my Club Lloyds Bank account albeit closed still showed an amount of money on the statement and that they needed clarification . I sent Lloyds a copy of the UC information required 2nd September and they had until the 16th September to send me a closed bank staetment with a nil balance. They failed to do so but send an apology letter 18th September. My benefit of £763 is stopped as a result and Lloyds knew this would happen. I wrote again 1st October and I am writing again i will now be £1526 out of pocket
