I contacted Lloyds bank today regarding payments that had gone from my account without my permission. Three ti STHKP and one to LLWVS. I do not know who either of these 'companies are. and gave not knowingly made any payments to them.. Having spent nearly three hours on a chat thing and then telephone call Lloyds bank fraud team have informed me that they will not be refunding any if these payments as the up address was the same. ? Sorry - I do not understand this? It sounds lovely ke somebody has hacked something - basically I do not understand how anybody can take money from my account - because I am on-line.. I gave to go online as a part of my work. I am a psychotherapist and a local government councillor.. I also raised the issue if my being Autistic and the problems I have with apps - and banking systems.. I believe the bot was discriminating against me in masking some of my communication for no apparently justifiable reason.. But this has just been ignored?
