I have been contacted by a Clearing House prize company and they say that they have paid 75% of the insurance on the package that I've won.
They are telling me that I have to pay the remaining 25% of the remainder and it amounts to $12,125.
They asked me to send a check to a company in Pensacola, Florida before they would give me the check. Furthermore they wanted me to make the check out to an individual and not to Lloyd's of London. So, I'm checking to see if they have taken out an insurance policy with you in my name - Joe West

Desired outcome: I need verification that they have paid you in excess of $30,000 for the insurance of this award that's in my name.
