From beginning to end of loan Litton home loans handled my loan horribly, from reporting incorrect late payments on first month of loan, lack of customer service, incorrect billing, no payment of home owners insurance from my escrow account, very higher early pay-off penalties, no communication at all from company until last few weeks before foreclosure, when attempting to work out payment arrangements customer rep. only gave 1week to get money in to settle account and that "even if I sent payment there is no guarantee investor would not move forward with forclosure", well they did, after 8 years of ownership my home was foreclosed in record time, to avoid new laws that would help homeowners keep their homes. I am filling bbb complaints, attorney general complaints, and possible lawsuit.
