Excellent service from JW Surety. My contact Gabrielle Was very patient with us. We had a few false starts and a lot of indecision, but Gabrielle was informative and consistent with excellent information and follow through. She even responded to my desperate inquiries after hours due to her being in PA and we are in CA. Definitely will recommend.

I worked with Jaclyn P from J.W. Bond Consultants to secure an ERISA bond for a client. Jacki notified me within minutes of submitting the application that she was working on it. Jacki was responsive and we secured the bond within two days. I am very happy with Jacki's service, as is our client. This is not my first experience working with J.W. Surety. J.W. Surety is the way to go!

I needed urgent assistance today to resolve a matter with a local agency and representative Christine Olivieri responded to my request quickly and effectively. She resolved my issue with a friendly professionalism that's hard to find these days. Additionally, she kept me informed both via email and phone calls, which I very much appreciated. We got our contractor's continuous surety bond through J.W. Bond Consultants (dba J.W. Surety Bonds) last year and had no problems. This year, we attempted to renew our bond and have our name changed to reflect a change in company name and structure. We submitted all the documents that were required and paid for our bond on April 29th. We still haven't received our bond documents. When we followed up at a later date, we were not given a satisfactory answer as to why this was. When we followed up again today we were unable to get anyone on the phone. While this bond may not be important to J.W. Bond consultants, it is tremendously important to me. Without a valid bond, I cannot get re-licensed. Without a license, I cannot work. Today I reached out to another company to get a bond in a timely manner so I can go back to work. At this point, I just want my money back. I paid for a product and it was not delivered. If everything goes smoothly, I'm sure J.W. Bond Consultants is a fine company to work with. They dropped the ball on this one though, and are not showing any signs that they're in a hurry to pick it back up. You can find a surety bond for a lower price elsewhere and I'd recommend that you do. I will not be using them in the future.
