I ordered 2 extramostbestest pepperoni pizzas yesterday at the Lauderhill, fl. Store

I received 3 emails regarding the order.
The order was ready for pickup.
The order was being loaded into the pizza portal.
The order could not be loaded into the portal.
The attendant said it would be a little longer.
After about 5 minutes I received my order.
After I arrived home l looked at both pizzas.
One looked like an "EMB". The other looked like a regular pizza.
When lifting the 2 one was definitely heavier.
I would like a credit to order another extramotbestest pepperoni pizza
