Litigation Practice Group review: Responsiveness to customer service

Recently I was served court documents about an account that LPG should be working and mitigating on my behalf. I have send all of these documents via email to LPG and have attempted multiple calls on various days and hours of the day but no one is ever to answer your phone calls. Been on hold for 2 hrs, 4 hrs, sent emails and no one ever answers.

This is company is only good for one thing and that is to withdraw your monthly agreement payment of $ 234.36 which get withdraw every 22th of each month.

I would have never choose this company again their customer service is horrible and you are never able to get any assistance or help resolving the matter that they were hired to fix and assist with.
