I've been using Top Bet for over 5 years now and I'm 68 years old. I've bet thousands of dollars on their website and have had no issues until recently. On September 21st, I decided to withdraw $250 from my account to see if they would pay out. Unfortunately, they refused to do so unless I provided them with a copy of my driver's license and a valid credit card or check. I know that giving out this information would be incredibly foolish, so I refused to comply with their request.

Unfortunately, I ended up reversing it a little less than 3 years after my original withdrawal request.

But when I put in the request, they took out over $375 because of a promotional bonus I had used. Apparently, the bonus only allowed me to win a maximum of $100, so they took the excess $375 back.

However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was informed that I had to place 20 times the amount of my sports and casino money into my account by credit card, in addition to the $135 I had already deposited, before I could cash out any of my winnings.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Top Bet was not a good one. I would advise anyone considering using this site to stay away. There are plenty of other online betting sites out there that are more straightforward and don't try to make it so difficult to withdraw your winnings.
