Dock destroyed due to hurricane IAN. Attorney's total lack of communication (and apparent interest) for months on end was disappointing to say the least, especially since their ads continually claim such great care and interest and great communication with all your clients!

What a joke. After many calls initiated by us, and several date changes for who knows what reasons, we finally met via webinar with FARAH attorney, representatives of our insurance company and a mediator.

The FARAH attorney made it obvious it was in our interest in taking what they were offering, even though we disagreed. We felt we had a rock solid case due to a LETTER from this insurance company agent we were dealing with at the time we purchased this policy, definitively stating our dock was covered, with NO disclaimers. FARAH atty informed us we could take it to court but would cost us more money and might not win.

As the discussions continued, it became apparent he had not EVER PROVIDED A COPY OF THIS LETTER TO THESE TO ATTORNEYS!

When we tried to bring it up during the meeting, FARAH attorney became upset, then we went offline at his request, and he became quite rude. Horrible experience, Horrific representation!

Hiring a lawyer in Florida is a big deal, right? So, I called Farah & Farah in August to get me one. They gave me an appointment, and I met with *** at their office. She said she'd handle my case, and I asked her what she'd demand. She said, "We gotta see what they offer." I asked for a copy of my injury store DVD, but I never got it. When I asked for it again after the settlement, I still didn't get it. I had to call them a bunch of times before they finally gave it to me. And guess what? *** wasn't even a real lawyer! She was just a law student practicing for the bar. Why did Farah & Farah let her handle my case? Who is ***, Esq.? And why did they do all that shady stuff like misrepresentation, practicing law without a license, withholding evidence, and conflicting signatures?

The best advice I can honestly give is: DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE! they have no concerns about their clients, they lie! And never call nor return calls.. I really feel it’s totally disrespectful and inappropriate for lawyers at this company to perform the way they do..DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE OF THEIR COMMERCIALS OR THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY GOING TO REALLY FIGHT FOR YOU!

farah & farah did nothin for my dads case. dont believe them.

! Farah & Farah is a total rip-off. They don't give a *** about their clients and only care about making money. My experience with them was a complete nightmare. They were always late and never returned my calls. Plus, their fees were outrageous. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a different law firm.

farah and farah. They take forever to get anything done and their communication is terrible. I had to call them multiple times just to get an update on my case. And when they finally did settle, it was for way less than I deserved. Save yourself the headache and go with a different law firm.

farah & farah sux! they dont talk to u, they lie, they dont answer ur calls, and they take forever to do anything with ur case. dont waste ur time with them!

completely unprofesional and unreliable. look elsewhere for legal representation. they will give inaccurate info to mislead you about your case.

this law office is the worst i ever dealt with. they never answer the phone, email or text. they promised a lot of things but none of them came true. don't use this office unless you want lies on top of lies!

This place is the worst! Me and my daughter had a terrible experience. At first, we had one lawyer but then they switched us to another one months later. They don't even bother to keep us updated unless we reach out to them. It's been over 90 days and they still can't get the paperwork. Now they want us to do their job and get the paperwork they need! Can you believe it?

This company (Farah & Farah) left a lifelong, invisible mental scar on me. I got hit from behind, my neck was broken, and I could write a book about it. The bottom line is that I had to sign papers to get some of my money from my insurance company, which insured my car. I remember seeing on those papers that I agreed not to sue the person who hit me (Ebony and the person whose car she was driving).

I saw some bad reviews about Farah & Farah, but I believe that every case is different. Since I started working with them, I'm staying positive. I'm not a quitter, so I'll fight with my lawyer against the injustice that *** did to me. They sold me a car that needed repairs 14 times in the first year. The brakes even locked up on me, and Mercedez of *** had to tow it. But my warranty didn't cover the $15,000 in repairs, and the managers were rude and aggressive. This grandma won't stop until justice is served! We're going to trial soon, and I'll keep you posted. Signed, ***.

Farah & Farah got fired! They took my case from a slip n fall where I had to have surgery on my knee. I thought A Dalya F was gonna be my attorney, so I thought I had a good one. But NOOOOOO! My case has been going on for over 2 years, and she told me that if we go to court, they won't be able to prove the other party was at fault cuz they didn't have pics or vids. It's really hard to get in touch with her. I had medical bills over $35k and she wanted me to settle for $32k. I just let them go and *** took over my case. When I talked about my pain and suffering, she said, "It was just a meniscus tear." But my surgeon said I needed a knee replacement, but I couldn't afford it cuz of my high insurance deductible. This fall also made my other knee worse, but she didn't tell the insurance adjuster. I'm glad I let them go. Now I have good lawyers who will finish this case.

I had a bad experience with Farah & Farah. They didn't let me see my doctor records and called me a liar because I forgot one surgery. They said the doctor can write anything they want on records even if you don't have those illnesses. They yelled at me over the phone when I asked about my records. After 3 months of going back and forth, I finally received the 500 pages of records in the mail, but they weren't mine. We got new records from a different doctor who said I didn't have those illnesses. The law firm didn't listen to me and just pushed me from one lawyer to another. They didn't fight for me and closed the case because of the one surgery I forgot. It's not fair because who remembers all their surgeries? I have my own records that don't match the ones they used against me. It's not right at all.
