Bought garnet bracelet on Dec. 16, 2013 & was was gonna wear it for the first time last Sat. May 17, 2014. As soon as I put it on one of the stones came off. So glad it happened then cause when I phoned customer service, I was told that Liquidation channel only has 30 days for allowing defective jewelry to be returned . If I want I could buy another bracelet. What a very good advice - CHANCE TO PAY MORE MONEY ! I. Can try to glue the loose stone but what if the others come off while wearing the bracelet & loose the stones.. All I ca do is simply display & admire my bracelet! So beware ! They say you get what you pay for - it's not cheap either. I bought real genuine stones jewelry! Good luck to all Liquidation channel customers!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Lately, they have been pushing "silver sapphires!" I can find nothing regarding this from any gemology website describing this type of sapphire!
Look under "glass."
Answers are confusing, to say the least! Are they "glass" or are they just very poor quality sapphires, such as black!
Sterling Silver and Sapphire jewelry is what it is.
