Items I never received
I bid and won on 2 items on November 22/2011. The total price was only $7.00 but my intent was to give them away as stocking suffers to a teenager. I did not receive the items and despite numerous calls to LC customer service, I still have not received the package. I have made several purchases from them in the past and did not have any problems. Yet over a $7.00 order, the representative tells me I have received the order and an "Investigation" needs to be conducted to find out the whereabouts of the package. I don't know why this "Investigation" was not conducted when I call them on 12/01, 12/15, 12/31 and 01/01 to inquire about it. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS from now on if I order anything from them again. I have been waiting to speak to a supervisor at LC. They DON'T bother returning customers calls.
Lately I've been receiving a few orders that my bank card rejected at the time due to nsf or whatnot. Was I wrong to go "oh, well.. no biggie.. or, hey I'll order that again if I really want it." Lo and behold "it" just got delivered after so much time I'd forgotten I even wanted it in the first place! How is this not a scam just to make a sale? Apparently, according to somebody in their Customer Service dept, I was supposed to check back onto the site and look up whatever didn't fo through and CANCEL what had been DENIED! What kinda double-negative line is that? You have to go back only if you want to make sure you want to buy it afterall, right? HSN or JTV never pulls anything like this! They've even pulled the "Let's just use another card she's used before.. so what if she hasn't authorized it THIS time?" Combine stuff like this with whar others talk about RE: absolutely NO returns on Clearance Sale junk, broken or not (& ironically? EVERY day was a clearance sale day last Winter.. so I too, got stuck with some very expensive broken crap)! They have no respect for us, their customers: one of my faves is ordering "One Size Fits Most" apparel that miiiight fit a 1 yr old toddler. **Can you tell.. I have a lot of pent up issues? I will, however, stop after this next, newest slight/scam of SHPLC's: have you logged into their website to make a purchase only to (unwittingly) been redirected to the SHOP APP (only) for signing in? I didn't realize it was a separate entity and got stuck with 3 problems! First, I couldn't get back bcuz it uses that annoying CloudFlare Are You a Human captcha crap that keeps you in a freeze-up loop (just long enough for the transaction to stick; for you to realize you may've been hacked for somebody to mine your credentials; and lastly after you then realize you're still logged into your shop lc acct! More potential to get hacked? Ultimately, you 'somehow' get to this Shop app, where you now have an acct, doncha know.. and you want to delete the whole likely phony transaction and delete said acct (IF) you even can -- because there's nowhere to sign out! I looked forever -- then had to google all this until an hour or more later I had a list of instructions in hsnd an knowledge of countless complainers on Reddit of same! Now, I'm not even sure if Shop LC will wind up processing my so-called "order" but something tells me after processing 3wk old ones I never pd for initially - that today's NONorder thru shop app will be as well [in fact, I believe they irchestrated the whole scenario down to the last detail]! Nice SCAM, eh? Make it the user's fault! "Coming to a Class Action Suit Near You"...
I need to update my Profile Information and Shop LC website and their employees answering their Customer Service telephone is not allowing me to update my Profile Information to my current address and telephone number. Something is not right.
You spent 2 hours selling this multi-color diamond ring! THANK YOU for moving on to something else. Why did you bore us to death with this item?
This company has the WORST customer service & Management I have ever encountered! They WON"T help you, but instead hang up the phone on you after they hear your complaint/problem!
It's NOT worth a customer's time and headache to deal with this company!

Something really wrong here. I don't think lc should be able to rent tv space or ads. Tried to order sum wallets & it was a disaster from start to finish. Website is non functional. Customer service out to lunch. Now I must track visa as I have no idea of status of order at this time. Do not waste your life on this sketchy company. Scary.
Shop LC keeps canceling my orders. No reason given, just a robotic phone call informing me the orders are canceled. When I called they confirmed there was no problem with my payment methods, just a "glitch." Eight times in a row? I can't see ordering again from a company that will consistently (and seemingly arbitrarily) cancel 90% of the orders I place for no apparent reason. Better places to buy!
I have been a customer for a very long time with this company and never had a problem until now. They have charged me twice for one item. I emailed them and they said that the one charge was to make sure I had the money in my account and the second charge was for the item. I should expect the one charge to be be deposited back in 3-5 business days. They then send me another email 2 hours later saying they did not see where I was charged twice, even though I sent them my statement from my bank showing it, I sent my statement again and said yes, it was taken out twice in the same day. They then said same thing about being deposited back into my account in 3-5 business days. I'm very confused bc I have never had any company including this one do this before. And why do I have to wait that long to have my money back? I see this as theft and still have not seen my money back.
I've bought a lot from LC and most of the time, I have been satisfied with my purchases. I have had some returns for damage, but have usually received a refund without any problems. Once I did order some 14K gold stud earrings that came loose in a package, and the backs were missing. I called LC and stated that if I received the backs to the earrings I would still like to keep them. They sent some stainless steel backs separately. Since I had ordered 14K gold, I didn't want the stainless steel, so I sent both the studs and backs in for a refund. They sent them back to me saying they could not refund them because of the mismatched backs! So I'm expected to be satisfied with them as is, even though they were not. I decided not to push the issue, since they weren't that much, but given the amount of business I've had with them, it should not have been a problem.
all the above has happened to me i like to order there stud earrings and glue all items after 30 days with jewelers glue the silver is to soft and the prongs on all stones to short you lose our stone and they will not do a thing after 30 days its yours. I have a lot of jewelry but i try to stay with the 9.99 sales they come around a few times I been with them 8 years and just tape all conversations.
they are not to be trusted i know the way its ran i have a friend who works with there so called sister network.
