94238 / don't see my refund
Yall sent me an email saying i was going to be refunded, and yet i have not received nothing. That was 2 days ago. I would like to speak with someone, but the customer service is a [censor] machine. Need a phone number to contact the higher up. This is [censor]. Ive emailed sales my complaint aswell and have not heard back from them. Wrong product received
i recently purchased two fluorescent tubes from this company, namely the f4t5 /w 3500k. the bulb colour does not match the colour of my other 3500 k bulbs but it matches a bulb i have which is labelled cool white ( 4100 k ). there is no writing on the bulb. in the last week i have attempted to contact this company twice by email and numerous times by phone for the correct product or a refund. when you call them you get to hear a message that states it would be quicker to contact them using email. very unprofessional so far in my opinion. this business also goes by the name lightexports.com
Sent Wrong Product/No Customer Service
I purchased 10 bulbs for my Monogram Vent Hood. Light Exports advertised the bulb as 130v in several places on their web page but sent me 120v. I only purchased these bulbs because I was specifically looking for 130v. My "vent-a-hood" cost well over $4, 000 and calls for a 130volt bulb NOT 120volt. For most fixtures there is no "real" difference between 130v and 120 volt, so they are interchangeable; but not in a high end vent hood. Monogram specifically states for their Ventilation Hoods to use a 130volt. The vent hood bulbs are extremely hard to find locally so, out of desperation, I bought locally a 120v and the bulbs blew in a few weeks. Anyway, I called the customer service number for Light Exports and NO ONE will ever answer the phone. Its all a contrived sham. Finally, I emailed Light Exports and ask them to call me for I had a problem. They jerked me around for a week going back and forth on emails. This is an untrustworthy company and you will NEVER get to talk with anyone and they will not resolve the problem. They advertise one thing and sent me another (of lesser quality). I just made a dispute with my credit card company and I'm sure they will take care of my issue.

Received wrong bulbs
I ordered a special bulb for an exhaust fan in my bathroom. I specifically put the model in the special instructions on the order form with an exclamation point. They still sent the wrong bulbs. When you call their number it says they are busy with other customers. It's probably an answering service. Someone called back and told me to send an email and wait for instructions. Not very good customer service! Have yet to speak with someone from the company and get my issue resolved. Will never order from them again and would not recommend them.
Paid for expedited shipping
I found what I was looking for and site stated it was in stock and I needed a rush on it so I paid and additional amount to have order processed and shipped within 8 hours of paid invoice, product was not shipped as stated in fact I received tracking info only 4 days after payment was received, not acceptable or what I paid extra for and at this time I still have not received parts and other parts from a different retailer ordered 2 days after this order and it showed up within 2 days and did not pay extra to get it, the other retailer just knows how to do business
UV light
Ordered product off website. It was a black electrical box that a 6 inch uv bulb should plug into.
I recieved a white electrical box with a burnt out used 8 inch bulb and a 6 inch bulb that would not fit the receptacle. I recieved nothing I could use. I called recieved no reply. I emailed and they sent me another 6 inch bulb that did not fit the receptacle. I still have nothing that works.
I can't believe a lighting company would send a bulb without making sure it fits first.
Never Received Product Paid for
On 8/23/12 Ordered and Paid for 2 LED Wedge White T3 12V, and never received order.
Called and left numerous messages, never received a return call.
I understand sometimes things get lost in the mail, but not to receive any response
from this company for months is unacceptable. Our post office shows that something came from this company in
October but then it was shipped back to sender. Light Exports was made aware of this, but still no response back and
no product. Would highly recommend not doing business with this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Placed order on-line. Received auto reply that order had been received.
Attempted to find out a week later the status of my order.
Voice mail answers and says the best way to reach them is email (and the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message).
Have sent eight emails inquiring about the order.
Have not received any response.
Also tried another number for them that I found on-line [protected]). Left message. No response.
Sent a fax - no response.
Awaiting monthly credit card statement to see if I need to dispute any charges.

I ordered three UV bulbs (last about 1 year each). First bulb worked great, second bulb lasted only one month.
I contacted LightExports.com, and even though my order was over 1 year old, they promptly sent me a replacement bulb for the one with very short life.

Very pleased.
I went online to find replacement lamps for a UV Sterilizer that the company I work for uses. Lightexports.com advertized that they had such lamps available at a reasonable price. The lamps were ordered with a company credit card and according to information on the site, shipment would be sent out that day. After about a month no bulbs arrived. Attempts were made to call the company`s listed number but only an automated service was reached. Finally contact was made through email and it was assured that the lamps would be shipped. Two months after that, no product has yet to be received and no sucessful attempts to reach a live person at the company have been made. Payment for the lamps, however, was accepted by the company months ago.
Don't know where is my order
Light Exports! I made order from them to date I have not received my goods and either want my money back or my goods delivered immediately. I haven't received anything and funds had not been taken out of the account used. I will appreciate any information that will help to determine the status of this order.
I ordered a uv light for my A.C. unit. Same crap I've just about begged them to help me. Now they just won't respond at all. I paid them the money way back on 9/5/13 and still nothing. I am disabled and it hurts to get ripped off like this. Not that it's fun when I had more money but from what I've read they do it all the time. They did send me the wrong bulb which I paid to send back. Then sent them my bulb so they could get it right and now it's like I just don't exist. I am not very computer smart but if someone could explain what to do next I'd appreciate it.
I have also some light bulbs only $14.40
order place 11/25/12, thier response "it shipped"
but it did not, I ask for tracking number, never got one.
