7508080172088 Incorrect payment profile on ITC Urgent

Dear Management Team
I am writing this email to inform you about the head of your accounts department who updates payment history on EXPERIAN ITC I have encounted that this consultant has been unhelpful with my request I was asked by experian ITC to get into contact with your department to ask you to update my payment profile for the month's July August September October November 2025 as my debit orders for those months were successfully received but it's been updated as missed payments on ITC this has now effected my credit profile as I am in the process of buying a property. The Manager in question did not listen to my request instead she told me to send my report through to her and she told me she needs to see the report first. Why would I make up this information. Secondly you are not allowed to report incorrect information I have emailed experian and the ombuds for assistance. I have to say that your manager in charge of this department is rude has no listening skills and does not practise TCF I am so disappointed with Lewis as a hold I regret having anything to do with your store. And last but not least I will resort to drastic measures like sicial media I am sure I am not the only client suffering like this. kindly please rectify this as soon as possible.
