LensCrafters review: service

I received service at the lenscrafters in Florence SC magnolia mall. First let me say this just because it have a good insurance and their associates makes a commission off of my purchase does not get them them right to take advantage of you! Know your policy for yourself because they will not tell you or ask you if your on a budget or what your budget is! They will try to sell the most expensive lens and say your insurance is so good this lens is normally 700 and some odd dollars but with your insurance you pay $270... I mean really so I pull out my phone and ask him my insurance states $10 copay for this this and this and he's like we don't carry that see my system won't pull it up but we can order it so I say give me the no line bifocal with the $35 copay he like it's not that great you a that bull they tell you to make a sale! My husband and myself both got frames and lens his was 75 mines 62 plus sales tax we go to check of our total was $138 before taxes now they telling me the the total is 189 and that I have to pay taxes on the discounted amount something i have never hear of lenscrafters staff is trained to rip off their customers and it's not right
