LensCrafters review: Product

I have sent a complaint review with photos of my glasses that the part where the screws are on both sides has come loose and the frame arms are being held with tape. I have asked for a replacement pair due to the numerous issues I have had with these Prada glasses. I have had the lenses replaced already because they started peeling. These are just a over 1 year old glasses. Lenscrafters advised me to send photos and the explanation which i did two weeks ago and still no answer from Lenscrafters. I have also taken a picture of a sister frame to see the difference with mine. Its a malfunction of the product.
